How do I install the Marketplace App?
Go to the TestRail for Azure DevOps App in the Azure DevOps Marketplace and click "Get it free". The setup wizard connects your TestRail instance and maps your ADO projects in under five minutes. Install at the organization or project level—admin's choice.
Does my whole team need a TestRail seat to see coverage?
No. The Coverage Panel on every ADO work item is read-only and free to view for anyone with ADO access, only the people authoring and running tests in TestRail need a license. Developers, POs, and release managers see coverage as part of their normal work-item review.
Do you support Azure DevOps Server (on-prem)?
Azure DevOps Services (Cloud) is supported at launch. Azure DevOps Server support is coming soon—confirm the timeline with your TestRail rep if it's a deployment requirement. Both TestRail Cloud and Server are supported on the TestRail side.
We already use TestRail with Jira. Can we add ADO without disrupting that?
